Annual Celebration Meeting

The annual celebration congregational meeting will be immediately following the worship service on Sunday, February 28, 2021.

Due to COVID, we will have in-person and Zoom options. If you plan on attending in person, please be sure to register using the "In-Person Registration" on the main menu for February 28, 2021. 

The purpose of the meeting is to: 

• Celebrate all God has done in 2020
• Presentation of Pastoral and leadership reports
• To accept the unaudited financials. 
• Present & discuss the vision for 2021

Procedures:

• Voting will be done via raise of hands.
• In-person in the sanctuary and online with zoom (information available soon)
• Tim G. (Moderator) will chair the meeting.
• Please remember to register for the February 28 service if you will attend in-person so that we can ensure proper social distancing measures are in place.
• There will not be a potluck.
