God is Faithful Despite Our Wickedness

Last week we saw how God is faithful to complete his creation. Despite Adam and Eve’s betrayal and the need for them to be removed from the Garden, God supplied what they needed which superseded their own efforts. From Adam and Eve to Noah many generations have passed and as God looks upon creation, he is grieved at how wicked humanity has become. Human effort is even a reflection of righteousness of God, in fact, God sees that “every inclination of the thoughts of his (humanity’s) heart was only evil all the time.” And yet, as we will see this week, in his own grief and despite our wickedness, God is faithful...
